My name is Adam Neary, and I am running for Man of the Year to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In spring of 2021, I found out the devastating news that my dear friend and colleague, Todd Slingerland, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. Fortunately, after many rounds of intense chemo, Todd is now cancer free.  

Todd is a survivor today because of the investment, research, therapies and support for which LLS tirelessly champions. Just because Todd’s cancer is dormant, doesn’t mean we can be. The fight continues. I am proud to lead the CureOne team and help contribute to improving and saving the lives of those suffering from blood cancers – and ultimately curing blood cancers.
